中国餐饮礼仪问题可谓源远流长。据文献记载可知，至少在周代，饮食礼仪已形成一套相当完善的制度，特别是经曾任鲁国祭酒的孔子的称赞推崇而成为历朝历代表现大国之貌、礼仪之邦、文明之所的重要方面。而现代人在日渐丰富的物质生活中，对中国餐饮礼仪越来越不重视。本片综合运用了动态设计、图形设计、信息设计、字体设计等手法对中国餐饮礼仪进行视觉表达。详细说明了中餐礼仪中的座序、饮茶、点菜、摆菜、饮酒、用筷、坐姿等问题。通过从《礼记》中摘选出的词句,了解古代人如何对待餐饮礼仪,对应现代中餐礼仪中的问题找到相应解答。在感受《宴饮有礼》的同时希望大家能更加重视文化的传承。

Chinese dining etiquette has a long history. According to historical records, at least in the Zhou Dynasty, eating etiquette has formed a well-established system, especially praised and respected by the Confucius.It became the important aspect of the dynasties to show the great power, ceremonies and civilization.However, modern people pay less and less attention to the Chinese dining etiquette in the increasingly rich material life.By comprehensively using motion design, graphic design, information design and typography, the animation has become the visual expression of the Chinese dining etiquette with entailed description of seat, tea, ordering the dishes, put the dishes, drink, using chopsticks and sitting. Through selected words from the Book of Rites, learning how the ancient people treating dining etiquette, finding the appropriate answer to the corresponding problem in the modern Chinese dining etiquette. Enjoy Feast Etiquette, and pay more attention to the cultural heritage.
